Internally neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. Provides a comprehensive account of aircraft casualties and their crews that crashed or were force-landed in Kent in 1939 and 1940, starting with a pre-war defence exercise in the summer of 1939 which accounted for some 1500 incidents - nearly half of all those recorded for the whole year.
