Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please use one of these methods:

• Scan the QR code on your dispatch note and select “I’d like to return an item”
• Email us at info@bookaddiction.co.uk
• Call us during business hours

Effects of Cancellation

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outward delivery. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return postage).

Return postage: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Sealed audio/video recordings or software that have been unsealed
• Goods that have been personalised or made to your specification

Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
