Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has very light shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped. 8vo. Professor Lewis discusses both principles and people as the old seemly conventions of 'exchange' and 'parole' are wantonly shattered by Napoleon to create a fatal precedent and a pernicious institution - the internment camp.
