1st Edition. 286pp, with numerous black and white illustrations by John Varney. Green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on the spine. 8vo. Minor bump to the spine heel and slight rubbing to the spine head. Top edge of text block is heavily foxed. Last half of text block is tanned, front free endpaper absent, else internally the book is clean, neat, tight and bright. Dust jacket has slight rubbing to the corners and top edge. Some minor chipping at spine head.
This is the third volume in the series of anthologies. Previous volumes included extracts from fiction, but in school remembered all the items are true, many are autobiographical.
