First edition. 160pp. Fuchsia cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Sun-faded spine. Lightly bumped, rubbed and worn spine ends. Light bumping, rubbing and wear at board edges and corners; cocked. Dusty top text block edge, edges tanned. Signature binding. Endpapers tanned, starting to fox. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper and two ink stamps. Page margins tanned throughout; intensity varies greatly. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket is separated at the front joint, loss of lower half of spine; chipping to edges; 2cm closed tear at top rear, 7cm closed tear at lower rear flap joint; not price clipped.
