216pp. Red cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Corners very lightly rubbed; heavily cocked. Top text block edge dusty, fore-edge lightly foxed; all edges tanning. Endpapers lightly tanned. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring the very occasional spotting at the page edges. Dust jacket protected with Bordart style sleeve, price clipped. From Mr Warren's Cotswold cottage he describes his explorations in a day-to-day diary for a whole year, telling of the lively characters to the slowly evolving seasons in this green and beautiful corner of England.
