Small stain on text block top edge. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Laminated pictorial dust jacket with light chipping along top edge, not price clipped. Farming in East Anglia - before large scale use of machines was introduced - was at the very centre of society and tells how it supported and bound people of the village together into a community. With delightfully drawing and black and white plates throughout the volume.
