New edition for the use of Herbal Practitioners. xxiii, 168pp, with occasional illustrations. In grey cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth covers worn, stained and marked, rubbed and rounded on corners and at ends of a sunned spine. Endpapers grubby, pencil gift inscription on front free endpaper, and occasional mild marks on pages, else neat and tight internally. A solid, readable reference copy of one of the early pioneer works for herbalist practitioners.
