1st edition, 1st printing. [1944] 172pp. Black cloth boards (worn, faded on spine, well-rounded rounds, cloth warped. Lending sheet on front endpaper. Well worn pages, some tape repairs, old water damage, causing mould inside boards. In original dust jacket, also warped with old water damage, multiple minor creases, chipped and rubbed at edges, crush around spine, frayed spine tips, old tape repairs on reverse). This book is truly in poor condition - almost still readable and complete. We wouldn't usually offer a book in this condition but this is a reasonably hard to find title and the only copy of the first edition we know of that is complete with the original dust jacket. If you have a first edition already, without dust jacket, you may want to marry with this dust jacket. Happy to take offers for dust jacket only. 12vo
