Not dated but c 1947. Book produced in complete conformity with war economy standards (see our blog post on war economy standards in book production). 232pp. Blue cloth boards (worn and marked, rubbed at edges). Lending sheet on front free endpaper, no other library markings. Internally basically neat, clean and bright barring occasional mild spotting. Small gutter crack between endpapers but still tightly bound and strong. In its original, still bright and attractive, dust jacket by Thompson (slightly rubbed along lower edge with small loss near base of spine, spine crease). Dust jacket now protected in archival quality mylar wrapper which prolongs the life of the paper, keeps it clean and protects it from damage. It is not adhered to the book or to the dust jacket. 12mo 0
