This volume addresses issues including the Central Electricity Board, Early Closing of Shops, Water Supplies and Lock Up Shops, Land Charges, Road Construction, Education in Prisons, Hairdressers and Barber's Shops Sunday Closing, Education and the Employment of Young People, War Bonuses for Police Officers, Nuisance caused by Mosquitoes, and many, many more.
