Undated (circa 1930s). Unpaginated [approx. 192pp], eight colour plates inc. frontispiece, 8 black and white photographic plates. Blue cloth-covered boards gilt illustration and titles on front, blue titles on spine. Numerous black and white in-text illustrations. Small 4to. . Sun-faded and soiled spine, moderately rubbed and bumped spine ends, cloth torn. Top corners rounded. Mottling to boards. Text block edges tanning, starting to fox. Free endpapers and prelims lightly tanned and foxed. Gutters strained in places, volume quite loose. Internally pages have very occasional mark or tanning, otherwise a neat, clean and bright. Contains 26 Stories including: Old Buck Worries Through; A Weekend Adventure; British Railways-The Best in the World.
