New edition. 352pp plus publishers catalogue featuring "Stories for Boys" bound in at rear. Illustrated blue cloth boards with gilt titles and decorations. Spine illustration. All edges gilt. 15 monochrome plate illustrations. (Boards a little rubbed at edges and joints but still bright and robust). Internally neat and clean, two previous owner's inscriptions, one dated 1919. Small booksellers stamp on front paste down, indicating the volume was once in the stock of Jas.
