First edition, first printing. 208pp. Signed and dated (April 1988) by Chetwynd-Hayes on the title page. Black cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth gently rounded on corners. A hint of tanning on pages else neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, a little bumped around spine head. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. A collection of short stories revealing a parade of assorted ghosts, some benign, some less so and some far from benevolent to humankind. Very hard to find title. Ronald Chetwynd-Hayes was a British author best known for his horror novels and ghost stories. He won the Bram Stoker Award for Life Time Achievement in 1988 and the British Fantasy Society Special Award in 1989.
