[1972] 104pp, profusely illustrated in black and white. In green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. Small 4to. Cloth is lightly rounded at corners and spine ends. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original dust jacket, a little dull and lightly bumped on edges, scuffed at spine tips. A study and history of street travel in Plymouth, Devon from Horse Buses and Horse Trams, up to the challenges of transport during the second world war and post-war reconstruction, and developments up to 1972.
