First edition, first printing. 468pp, with colour plate frontispiece, profusely illustrated throughout in colour and black and white. In grey cloth-covered boards with green and gilt decorations, gilt lettering front and spine. 4to. A large and heavy volume which may incur an additional charge for overseas shipping. Volume in fine condition, presented in its original illustrated and green card slipcase. The slip case has some minor rubbing at base of opening.
