[1854] viii, 632pp. With upwards of 200 engravings from original drawings by Kenny Meadows, Birket Foster, Hablot K Browne, Gustave Janet and Edward Morin. Half bound in deep red leather over mauve buckram cloth, with gilt decorations and five raised bands to spine (rubbed at edges and joints). All edges gilded. Bound in silk ribbon marker (frayed near binding). A little toning and marks on endpapers else internally bright and fresh, firm in its binding. A gloriously handsome volume of Lord Byron's poetry. A large and heavy volume which will likely require an additional charge for overseas delivery.
