First edition, fourth printing.  vi, 232, [2]pp, with colour plate frontispiece and further line drawings in text.  In red cloth-covered boards with black lettering front and spine.  12mo.  Cloth a little rubbed and faded at corners and spine tips, minor indentation on lower edge.  Text block edges a little dust darkened. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original dust wrapper, rubbed, bumped and chapped at edges, a couple of short tears and minor loss on upper leading corners and spine head, some mild shelf wear on verso. The first Billy Bunter story. Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar sleeve fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
