84pp, plus two sections of monochrome plate illustrations.  in blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on spine.  8vo.  Cloth is worn, a tad faded, gently rubbed and rounded on corners, spine ends and joints.  Some minor tape residue around spine.  Ex lending library (Wye College) with usual markings on front endpapers, stamp on title page and plates.  Binding tender in places with one tape repaired gutter but generally neat and clean internally.
