xx, 550pp, with 24 mounted & tipped in colour illustration with captioned tissue-guards, 12 tinted full page illustrations and many further illustrations in text, all by Arthur Rackham. In decorated publisher's cloth bards with gilt lettering front and spine. Lower text block edge untrimmed. Grey endpapers. 8vo. Cloth a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine tips, a few very small marks. Half title gutter strained and cracked. First and last few leaves show some occasional spotting else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
