l, 584pp, several black and white photographic plates and maps. Pictorial tan cloth-covered boards; gilt title on front and spine; top text block edge sprayed yellow; map endpapers; slipcase. 4to. Top text block edge a little faded. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has very light shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped. Medium weight slipcase has some shelf wear and scuffing.
