64pp, with one folding plate (technical drawing of ship) and occasional drawings in text.ย  Pale blue light card printed wraps.ย  8vo.ย  Covers are worn, spotted, especially in margins, rubbed at edges with rounding corners, amateur Sellotape repair along the length of backstrip.ย  Binding a little fragile.ย  Some softening to page edges else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Edited reprints of two early 17th century treatises, one from circa 1605 and now held in the Admiralty Library and the second from circa 1625, formerly in the property of Lord Leconfield at Petworth House, but its location was lost after many of the Petworth manuscripts were sold off in the late 1920s.
