Sun-faded spine, rubbed corners and spine ends; cloth starting to wear through on spine heel. Text block edges tanning. Pages tanning; gutters cracked and strained, volume quite loose; large tear and to pages 445-448 (index pages; not affecting text). Otherwise, internally neat and clean.
