Quarter bound in black leather over decorative cloth boards printed to a design by John Vernon Lord. Top edge sprayed black. Maps on endpapers. Both volumes are neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. Both volumes presented in a bespoke strong slipcase. Slipcases have very slightly shelf wear.
