Complete with fold-out genealogical table giving the Bank's founder's family history.ย  116pp.ย  Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering.ย  4to.ย  Cloth is worn, marked and faded at edges, rounded on corners and rubbed at spine ends.ย  Text block edges and endpapers faintly toned else neat, clean, bright and tight internally. A vivid picture of the ways in which nine generations of the Hoare family ran and managed a bank founded before the Bank of England.
