Undated but likely published in the 1950s. 218pp. Printed paper wraps. 16mo. Covers are a little soiled and rubbed, scuffed at end of a creased spine. A little toning inside covers else internally neat, clean and tight.
The State of the Revolution was written by Vladimir Lenin during the first world war. It sets out his views on the role of the state, the necessity of proletarian revolution and his analysis of the flaws in social democracy. This edition was published by the Foreign Languages Publishing House, a Soviet state-run publisher which operated between 1946 and 1964.
