Complete in two volumes. Volume One is a 1964 reprint of the second edition; volume two appears to be a first edition, first printing. Two cloth-covered volumes, one red one green, with gilt lettering on spine. Numerous figures, diagrams and tables in text. 8vos. Cloth a little rounded at corners and spine ends, and a hint of shadowing on text block edges. Internally both volumes are neat, clean, bright and tight. Both in their original paper dust wrappers, worn and toned, a little rubbed at edges. That on volume one has a mild crease along the fore edge and has been corner clipped on the inner front flap.
