First edition, first impression  446pp.  Black cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine.  8vo.  There's a previous owner's name neatly inked on the front free endpaper else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original dust wrapper, not price clipped, very slightly shelf worn and very gently bumped on extreme edges.  There is a small collection of newspaper cuttings, appearing to date from around the time of the publication of the book, relating to Bletchley Park, Enigma Machines and Second World War Code-breaking loosely laid in.
