44pp plus a scattering of monochrome plate illustrations. In pale blue, stiff card covers. 8vo. Covers a little worn and faded at edges, short crack at head of spine. Previous owner's name on title page, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A history of the early years of the colleges of St Mark in Chelsea and St John in Battersea(which latterly, in 1923, merged to form the College of S Mark and S John, since relocated to Plymouth and now known as Plymouth Marjon University). A very hard to find title.
