First US edition, first printing. Prelims plus 342pp. Deckled fore edge. Quarter bound in white cloth over blue card boards, silver lettering to spine (boards strong, a little worn at edges, rounded at spine ends, thin line of fading along top edge). Dusty top text block edge with remainder mark. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket (slightly bumped on edges, a little sunned on spine). The dust jacket is now protected in an archival-quality mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
