Quarter bound in leather over brown cloth-covered boards, with gilt titles on spine. 16mo. Ex reference library, with call numbers on spine and library stamps discreetly on endpapers. Boards a little marked. Some mild stains on text block edges and first and last few pages, else neat, clean, bright and tight. A rather neat and solid copy, albeit ex library, a tactile feel and stunning, cute illustrations. Describes, humorously and with wit, Great Britain, and the people who in habit her, for the French.
