Half bound in brown leather over brown cloth-covered boards. Engraved decorations on title page. 8vo. Boards heavily worn, heavily rubbed on corners, and around spine, backstrip partially detached, marked and scuffed. Front panel loosening. Some spotting on text block edges, with faint, occasional foxing internally. Endpapers marked, title page creased at edge, pages have been well-thumbed. Collections of sermons, Church news, short stories, poetry reports and articles on topics such as Old English Maxims; On Church Carvings; From Shore to Shore; the Wreck of the Royal George etc.
