Green cloth-covered boards; colour illustrations on front and spine; black and yellow titles on front and spine; illustrated endpapers; many black and white illustrations. 12mo. Boards very lightly soiled. Spine lightly sun-faded, ends moderately rubbed, <5cm split in cloth along rear joint at heel. Corners rubbed and rounded with cloth just wearing through. Text block edges tanning, top edge dusty. Cocked. Heavy tanning to endpapers, front endpapers coloured in, ex-institution stamp on front free endpaper. Gutters stretched; volume loose. Occasional soiling, corners page marking folds, staining and occasional closed tears throughout. Collection of children's stories.
