Undated. 320pp, four black and white plates (inc. frontispiece). Blue cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on front and spine. 8vo. Rubbed corners and spine ends, cloth wearing. Boards soiling and lightly stained. Top text block edge dusty, remaining edges starting to tan. Endpapers tanning. Gift inscription on front free endpaper (dated 1929). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Angela Brazil's autobiography which takes the reader from her nursery at Westcliffe to life on the shores of the Mersey, Manchester and elsewhere. Includes a small advertising flyer about the book.
