Not dated but c 1920 (following first publication in 1913). 564pp. Red cloth-covered boards with black rules, vignette and titles (crisp and bright, minor rounding at spine tips). Internally neat, clean and tight barring minor spotting on text block edge only. In its original dust jacket by J Morton Sale (lightly rubbed at edges, worn on spine joints, minor marks). Dust jacket now protected in non-adhesive, archival quality mylar wrap.
