Vol I (of V) only. 212pp, 3 black and white tissue-guarded photographic plates including frontispiece. Olive green cloth-covered boards, red and black decoration and titles on front and spine; text block edges sprayed red; cream coloured endpapers. 4to. Sun-faded spine, lightly rubbed and bumped spine ends, corners rubbed and rounded. Top text block edge dusty, fore edge lightly foxed, endpapers lightly foxed. Front hinges cracked and stretched, volume loose. Internally neat, clean and bright.
