23, iii pp stapled booklet in paper wraps.  8vo.  Wraps are soiled and a little toned, rubbed around edges and rounded on corners.  Stapled oxidised.  Internally pages a little toned with some rounding and bumping on corners. The full libretto in English - an adapted version of the translation by Henry Brougham Farnie -  for Charles Gounod's operatic rendition of Romeo and Juliet, together with brief notes on the composer, plot etc, in a 1927 booklet issued by the BBC ahead of its broadcast of the opera in April 1927.  Includes contemporary adverts.
