Sun-faded spine, heavily fading spine ends; corners rubbed, paper worn through. Text block edges foxed and tanned. Endpapers starting to fox and tan, free endpapers heavily tanned; gift inscription on front pastedown (dated 1950). Text block quite loose. Foxing throughout; intensity varies greatly.
