Landscape. 204pp. Copiously illustrated. Strong green publisher's cloth boards with elaborate gilded decorations and titles. Coloured endpapers, printed on high quality glossed paper. There is small mark at the bottom on the front boards, else fine throughout. Delightful book illustrated with monochrome and black and white illustrations, often with Humour, drawn by Harry Furniss whilst on a cruise aboard a P & O Liner. Ports of call include Malta, Brindisi, Aden, Port Said, Suez, Red Sea, Ceylon & Colombo. This volume is a deluxe edition reprint of Furniss's original book first published around 1910. Fascinating insight into life on board a cruise liner. A large and heavy volume which may require an additional charge if shipping overseas.
