x, 68pp, [4]. In grey cloth-covered boards with black titles on spine. 8vo. Backstrip almost entirely detached, with cloth fraying around, gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Ex lending library with usual markings, mostly on front endpapers. One cracked gutter, a little pencil underlining of text. In no better than fair condition but a good working/reference copy of this one-time important text on the future of the then European Community (now the European Union), belying its primary origins as a mechanism to avoid war in Europe.
