80pp, with occasional black and white illustrations. Cream coloured textured paper covers, illustrated, with brown lettering on the front panel. 4to. Very gentle edge wear to card covers. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Collected letters and diaries of Rev John Hotham (1816-1885), a preacher at Ebenezer Chapel, Adelaide until he embarked on a disastrous farming venture on a property near the Hindmarsh Rover. He returned to the ministry and was appointed to the Congregational Church at Pt. Elliot. Printed for private circulation and now a very hard to find title.
