Bound by Leighton-Straker bookbinders. 44pp, each spread illustrating one of the 10 commandments, with red numerals on one side and a full page engraving by Dorothea Braby on the other. Engraving to title page. Printed on mould-made paper in an edition limited to 1025 copies, of which only 1000 were offered for sale. Beige cloth boards with gilt lettering (boards a little soiled and faded to spine, gently rounded at corners and spine ends). Internally, ownership stamp on front paste down, hint of toning to page edges. Firmly bound and square. Slim 4to.
