lxvi, 360pp, black and white photographic frontispiece, 120 black and white photographic plates at rear. Red cloth-covered boards; gilt titles and motif on front, gilt titles on spine. Small 4to. Sun-faded spine, rubbed corners and spine ends. Text block edges tanning, plates not affected. Endpapers starting to fox and tan. Gutter cracked and strained at Contents page, volume quite loose, pages starting to age. Otherwise, internally neat and clean.
