xiv, 584pp, three sections of black and white photographs. Black cloth-covered boards; blue signature on front, blue and gilt titles on spine; top text block edge sprayed blue, fore edge untrimmed; blue endpapers. 8vo. Rubbed spine ends, bottom edges faded. Top text block edge colour fading, remaining edges starting to tan and fox; text block dropped, volume quite loose. Free endpapers tanning. Otherwise, internally neat, clean and bright. Dust jacket protected by Mylar, has shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped.
