2nd, revised, edition. 272pp, with black and white plate illustrations and further line drawings and charts in text. Deep red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to spine. 8vo. Ex lending library with usual markings on endpapers and copyright page. Cloth a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Text block edges darkened. Minor scar on front free endpaper else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original paper dust wrapper, bumped and rubbed at edges. Dust wrapper has been wrapped in an adhesive plastic film which is itself little soiled.
