Volume One only.  lxxxvi, 418pp, with one map and one fold-out plan of the new Houses of Parliament.  Half bound in tan leather over blue cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine.  Text block edges speckled.  12mo. Covers are heavily worn, rubbed at corners and on spine ends and spine joints, some marks and scuffing.  Label from the English Rooms, Funchal, and some annotations on front endpapers, endpapers spotted and a little browned, stamp from the English Rooms on title page, title page cracked at base of gutter; some occasional spotting on first and last few leaves, else internally neat and clean.  Firmly and tightly bound.
