Spons' Workshop Receipts for Manufacturers, Mechanics and Scientific Amateurs, Volume II - Dying to Japanning

Volume II only.  A corrected impression of a new and revised edition.  viii, 534, 40pp (publisher's ads), with black and white illustrations in text.  Green cloth-covered boards with black lettering front and spine and illustration stamped on front panel. 8vo.  Cloth is a little worn, gently rubbed at corners and ends of a lightly sunned spine.  Slightly skewed. Internally a hint of toning, especially on first few leaves; the final section of publisher's adverts were printed on a different quality of paper and are now heavily tanned and brittle.  Binding is holding but a little brittle.
