Silkworms and Science, with Two Additional Chapters on the Wild Silk-moths

128pp, with occasional black and white plate illustrations and tables, etc in text.  Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine.  8vo.  Cloth very slightly rounded on corners and spine ends.  Upper text block edge a little dust dulled.  Previous owner's inscription on a lightly toned front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original  paper dust wrapper, worn all over, rubbed and chapped on edges, rubbed and chipped on folds with minor loss at crumbled spine ends.
