The Kent Coast (Ward Lock's Red Guide)

Undated, but the volume contains an advert for the National Provincial Bank which ceased trading under that name in 1970 and has appearance of being circa 1965. 190pp, black and white photographic plate illustrations and three folding, coloured maps.  Red cloth-covered boards with black lettering front and spine.  12mo.  Cloth is little rounded at corners and spine ends, very slightly sunned over spine.  Endpapers have a little toning, and there's a previous owner's name neatly inked on the front paste down, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A detailed guide book, with historical descriptions, covering the Kent Coast, including Whitstable, Herne Bay, Birchington, Westgte-on-Sea, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, the Cinque Ports, Sandwich, Deal, Walmer, Dover, Folkestone, Hythe and Romney Marsh
