First edition, first impression.  Unpaginated, with line drawings in text and full page.  Quarter bound in red cloth over salmon pink boards, with gilt lettering on the spine.  Bright red endpapers.  8vo.  Boards a little rubbed on corners and spine ends; small area of shadowing on upper panel.  Slight strain to gutter ahead of title page (meaning the book falls open to that page) and tiny paper on rear hinge else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original illustrated dust wrapper, previous owner's name neatly inked on the front inner flap, return to Cavaliero pencilled on upper panel, slightly shelf worn and corner clipped on inner front flap.  Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
